Art Night Out, sleepless night of art by Affordable Art Fair

Due to the collaboration between Affordable Art Fair, Copernico and Mostrami, Mostrami Factory @Copernico arised, having in mind to be an exhibition-market that took place in the occasion of Art Night Out, the sleepless night of art organized by Affordable Art Fair. The international reality Affordable Art Fair meets, in fact, Milan art’s circuits and proposes, on the evening of 20 March 2015, a marathon through galleries, workshops, artist studios and exhibition sites.

The workspace Copernico, a dynamic place, which is proposed as a hothouse for new and innovative realities, but also for more structured companies, is the ideal space to house Mostrami young and emerging artists, which invited to test their skills with one of the most important exhibitions of contemporary art of the moment.

The young artists of Mostrami collective during the evening will present their work focused on the mantra of Copernico “Create, Contaminate, Connect”, in line with the mission of Affordable Art Fair, proposing, therefore, works under the roof of 6.000 €. In fact, the event wasn’t an exhibition, but also an exhibition-market with an alternative set-up, made up to emphasize the fact that visitors can easily choose the works that they like more, buy them and take them home.

We collected applications from artists, digital artists, photographers, painters, sculptors and video artists, which seemed themselves really interested in our call. We invited at 6 of them to participate in the exhibition-market.

As always, our artists attended the event, so visitors could have benefit from their art in a more direct way, through a comparison with the author of the works.

The appointment with Mostrami and Art Night Out was Friday, March 20 from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am.
