6° MostraEvento di MostraMi

Pittura, fotografia, scultura, installazioni e un grande laboratorio artistico… questi sono stati i contenuti della 6° MostraEvento di Mostrami a Milano!

Mostrami 6: held on 10, 11 and 12 May at CAM Falcone Borsellino (Corso Garibaldi 27, Milan) ...in the wake of the success of the 5th MostraEvento last November, we kept several elements good but also included several new features.

Anzitutto The topicthe empowerment of women!
In the middle of spring, the time of the year that most represents women, we organised an event dedicated to the female figureto her strength, passion, energy and its fundamental role in breaking old balances, creating new ones and finding new resources. While it emerges that there is a continuous increase in occasions of violence against women, we wanted to highlight the woman as an essential starting point for a reflection on the social, cultural and even economic hardships we face today.

The final output was an artistic exhibition in the centre of Milan with the works of 15 young talents (painters, sculptors, photographers, designers) as well as several live performances.

Some numbers:
- 76 young artists, painters, sculptors, photographers, videoartists, streetartists who proposed a dedicated project;
– only 15 artists invited by our Technical Committee
- over 1400 visitors on two days
- over 80 works on display in the complex
-2 winners Valentina Ceci for the passion and talent shown during the three days, and Irene Lucia Vannelli who won the Mostrami Prize Web@rtist....ossia the artist most voted for by the people on the Internet!
.... was above all an artistic, cultural, social and convivial moment that was also awarded by the Milan Chamber of Commerce with a medal for the high ethical and moral value of the event and a letter from Presidente Boldrini. complimenti e auguri della Presidente Boldrini.
