PUNTO 1 – Regolamento Mostrami (vecchio regolamento Gruppo 97)

1. The Organizers do not undertake any obligation to follow up on requests for participation received by the Artists.
2. Artists interested in participating must fill out the form in the appropriate section "Send us your works".
3. Gli Organizzatori, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, selezioneranno le opere più adatte (per tipologia, contenuti, stili ecc.) all’iniziativa/manifestazione Mostrami: gli Artisti selezionati riceveranno una e-mail contenente il placet degli Organizzatori all’inserimento/esposizione delle opere sul Sito Web. Contestualmente gli Organizzatori avranno facoltà di richiedere tutta la documentazione necessaria (dichiarazione di paternità, liberatoria, fotocopia del documento di identità…) ai fini dell’inserimento. Il ricevimento della documentazione richiesta dagli Organizzatori (da trasmettersi a mezzo email/fax o similari) è condizione imprescindibile per l’inserimento delle opere on-line.
4. Soltanto in prossimità delle date fissate per le manifestazioni espositive, gli Organizzatori daranno comunicazione agli Artisti  delle opere selezionate per l’esposizione fisica durante la manifestazione.
5. Durante l’esposizione, le opere ospitate potranno, a scelta dell’artista, essere opzionate per poi essere vendute; gli artisti si impegnano a devolvere come commissione a Mostrami o come charity ad istituto di beneficenza partner (che verrà segnalato in prossimità della data di ogni singolo evento/manifestazione) la percentuale stabilita dell’introito derivante dalle vendite originate dalle suddette opzioni di acquisto.
6. The Organizers may at any time determine the exclusion of an Artist in the face of the latter's behavior deemed non-compliant with the spirit of the event.

 

POINT 2 - Declaration of release

I join the initiative / event called "MostraMi", organized by the Cultural Association "Onlus" Group '97 - Cantieri Sonori (VAT number: 05007810822), with the patronage of the Province of Milan and the Milan Camera di Commercio.
For these purposes:

• I AGREE that the artistic works of my creation will be exhibited in public, through the website or during promotional exhibitions, as part of the aforementioned event.

With this in mind:

• I AUTHORIZE the "Onlus" Gruppo '97 Cultural Association and its organizational and commercial partners to reproduce, disseminate and disseminate the works of my creation (in whole and / or in part and / or alongside the works of other artists also their participants in the event, as well as in combination and re-elaboration with the latter) also through the Internet and for promotional-advertising purposes. Given the risks associated with the dissemination and dissemination of the works through the World Wide Web - promotional needs were expected. of the event of which I am perfectly aware - I renounce as of now any claim and / or legal action against the organizer and its organizational and commercial partners for any illegitimate and pirated activity possibly perpetrated by third parties. of visibility connected and deriving from the event,
• WAIVER expressly of any form of consideration and / or compensation for the economic exploitation of the works and the rights connected to them operated by the "Onlus" Gruppo '97 Cultural Association and its organizational and commercial partners in the context of the event itself and its subsequent editions (merely by way of example, it is indicated - among the possible methods of exploitation - the reproduction and therefore the possible inclusion of the artists' works in the catalogs of the event and in any promotional-advertising material related to the event itself).
• I DECLARE and guarantee that I am of age and have the full legal capacity for the purpose of signing this declaration.

POINT 3 - Declaration of authorship of the works

I declare that I am the one and only author of the work / works submitted by me / candidate for the MostraMi project.
For the effect, I declare that I am the one and only owner of the paternity rights on the work / s, as well as the rights of economic exploitation and other rights related to it.
With this, I guarantee that the work (s) (and use use) does not imply any abusive exploitation of third party rights and / or usurpation of the works and / or creations of others.
It follows that I undertake to indemnify the organizer (Cultural Association "Onlus" Gruppo '97 - Cantieri Sonori) of the event called "MostraMi" and its organizational and commercial partners from any claim and possible legal action from third parties for the reasons above.
Finally, I declare that I am of age and have the full legal capacity for the purpose of signing this declaration.

POINT 4 - Storage and management of personal data

The Cultural Association "Onlus" Group '97 - Cantieri Sonori coordinator of the event called "MostraMi", pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003, no. 196, informs its users that all personal data provided by them at the time of completing the form will be managed in such a way as to guarantee maximum privacy and security.
The user can make changes to the information released at any time and delete them completely by communicating it via email to the address info@mostra-mi.it.
The Cultural Association "Onlus" Gruppo '97 - Cantieri Sonori periodically communicates with its users via email (and other digital media) to inform them of news, events, promotions, requested services, send information regarding important changes to products or services and send notices and other communications required by law. The user can choose whether or not to receive some of these communications during registration by changing the preferences in the form to be filled out.
The "Onlus" Cultural Association Gruppo '97 - Cantieri Sonori guarantees that the information processed, with computerized and paper systems, will never be transferred to third-party companies (except for its organizational and commercial partners on the occasion of the MostraMi event) which they could use them for unwelcome promotional actions. The only external companies that could be involved are those related to the normal management and conclusion of organizational operations and commercial transactions.
